Today is the Memorial Day holiday which is traditiaonally the start of the summer vacation season. I have a pair of tickets to the ball game today, but it is raining, so I am not sure if we will go or not.
It is also the day to remember Pat Tillman and the other heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice so that we might enjoy the freedoms that we corrently enjoy.

and all those who've fought.
Thank you for the link to Byron Norwood's story. He was an impressive young man, someone who we can be proud of to represent us overseas.
GOD bless all our troops, friends and family serving in the Military... and may you all come home SOON!
Ok--thanks for linking that correctly. Now, how do you do that? I've looked in the blogger help sections but have not been able to figure it out.
You do it by typing in the HTML code directly. See here for some examples of HTML. Scroll down to the one that says "Link Something". Type in exactly what you see there, except where it says URL you substitute the internet address of what you want to link to.
Lastly between the two "><" you type what you want the link to actually say, like "Byron Norwood's Story" or whatever.
It sounds complicated, but it is real easy once you get the hang of it.
