That's adorable. I especially love the proud look and how the bow tie is half caught under the jacket. Cute!
Oh my, you look like you were put there against you will for the photo, but it is a great shot. So why did you stop wearing the bow tie?
BTW: thanks for the link for Prussia - yes, my family came from the Dutchy of Prussia - from the original homeland not even 10 min. by car from Marienwerder on the map.
Oh, and the dance halls are all thanks to the central European settlers in Texas - they brought the European clubs over to Texas.
I think I remember pictures of Quentin and NatJ scrunching up their shoulders in the same manner. Cute pic!
Oh too precious! I never had the blonde hair. Danielle gets her light locks from my husband who was blonde as a child or by way of my brother's genes. My brother was one of those white-blonde children.
Though my MIL is convinced D's hair started to turn when her mom got to Heaven; Gandy had always wanted a blonde with brown eyes. D is the only great grandchild with brown eyes so she turned her hair blonde!
OH MY GOD!!! How freakin' adorable! That makes me all warm and fuzzy. Look at that smile. Aw.
