In a crushing blow to the state's massive seizure of children from a polygamist sect's ranch, the Texas Supreme Court ruled Thursday that child welfare officials overstepped their authority and the children should go back to their parents.

This is quite interesting. The media in Germany did not pick up on this story at all - until this verdict came. Now the media is waiting with baited breathe to see how the authorities will deal with the current situation of all of these children.
